How will new technologies and emerging trends shape the retail landscape of tomorrow? Our client asked us to help them anticipate the shopping experience of the near future. We conducted a comprehensive and holistic inquiry involving: qualitative and quantitative analysis, research into emerging retail trends, interviews with real customers, and more. The findings of this in-depth survey were used to construct a newly defined customer journey that offers shoppers greater convenience, efficiency and personalized services. We created a detailed future customer journey map showing the client exactly how they can transform their business to meet the needs of consumers in the years ahead. We also translated this map into an engaging animated video offering viewers a more accessible and emotional way of understanding the journey.
