By becoming familiar with the various types of information that are essential for IST to communicate, a flexible system consisting of a concise number of templates was created. Each template consists of flexible and reusable responsive components. This way, each editor would be granted full control of their content while the website’s structure remains consistent.
Starting with a UX concept that combined content from the existing website with cutting edge functionality, three unique design directions were created. Each direction drew on a specific attribute of the IST brand, while incorporating the specific needs of the key target groups that were identified in the initial content audit.
